home Macdonald Associates further news of Macdonald Associates	Paul Reynolds has joined glox Ltd as head of European sales and marketing. Paul was previously a Sterling market-maker at Deutsche Bank in London, where he was closely involved in the set-up of Autobahn, the electronic bond trading system. With 15 years experience in Bond markets, Paul will bring a lot of market knowledge to globalXtrade. Before Deutsche Bank, Paul worked at Hambros Bank, and CIBC.
	A proponent of electronic trading, Paul says "In spite of the recent growth of electronic trading systems there is still tremendous potential for further evolution". Roger Macdonald, managing director of glox Ltd., says "We are very glad to have persuaded Paul to join us and look forward to the impact that he will make and the influence that his breadth of experience will bring."
